To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and deliver catering you book. Legal basis: GDPR article 6(1)(b), steps taken at your request before entering into a contract and performance of the contract, and article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in answering general enquiries.
To keep accounting records for bookings we invoice. Legal basis: GDPR article 6(1)(c), our legal obligation under the Danish Bookkeeping Act (bogføringsloven).

We do not use your data for automated decision-making. We do not send the content of your enquiry, your name, email address or phone number to Meta.
We use the following service providers (data processors), which only process data on our instructions:
Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. If you give marketing consent, the Meta Pixel sends data about your visit to Meta. For this collection and transmission, Killer Kebab and Meta may be joint controllers. Meta's own use of the data is described in Meta's privacy policy.
We may also share data with public authorities or professional advisers where the law requires it.
Some providers, including Webflow, Google and Meta, may process data in the United States. Webflow, Inc., Google LLC and Meta Platforms, Inc. are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission recognises as providing adequate protection. Where a transfer is not covered by the framework, it is based on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
When you first visit the website, our cookie banner (Cookiebot) asks for your consent. Cookies are grouped as necessary, preferences, statistics and marketing. Only necessary cookies are set without consent.
Statistics: Google Analytics helps us understand how the website is used.
Marketing: the Meta Pixel only loads after you accept marketing cookies. It records page views and, when you successfully submit a Killer Katering enquiry, a "Lead" event. We use this to measure and improve our advertising on Facebook and Instagram and to reach relevant audiences. The Lead event does not include what you wrote in the form.
If you decline marketing cookies, the catering form still works normally and no Meta tracking takes place.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the "Change cookie settings" link on this page.
