This policy explains how Killer Kebab collects and uses personal data when you visit killerkebab.com, send us a Killer Katering enquiry or contact us by email.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Killer Kebab ApS, CVR no. 39491362, Sværtegade 5, 1118 København K, Denmark.

2. What data we collect

Killer Katering enquiry form: your name, email address, date of the event and number of people. Optionally your phone number, company or occasion, and your message. We also store the time of submission.

When you email us: your contact details and the content of your email.

When you use the website: strictly necessary cookies, such as the cookie that stores your consent choice, are always set. Only if you consent, we and our partners also collect cookie identifiers, pages visited, device and browser information, IP address, approximate location and interactions such as a successful catering enquiry.

3. Why we use your data and our legal basis

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and deliver catering you book. Legal basis: GDPR article 6(1)(b), steps taken at your request before entering into a contract and performance of the contract, and article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in answering general enquiries.

To keep accounting records for bookings we invoice. Legal basis: GDPR article 6(1)(c), our legal obligation under the Danish Bookkeeping Act (bogføringsloven).

To run a secure, working website and remember your cookie choice. Legal basis: GDPR article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in operating the website.

For statistics and marketing, including the Meta Pixel. Legal basis: your consent, GDPR article 6(1)(a) and the Danish cookie rules. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making. We do not send the content of your enquiry, your name, email address or phone number to Meta.

4. Who we share data with

We use the following service providers (data processors), which only process data on our instructions:

  • Webflow, Inc.: website hosting, storage of catering enquiry form submissions (Webflow Forms) and form notification emails.
  • Usercentrics (Cookiebot): cookie consent management.
  • Google (Google Tag Manager): loads the tools on our website, including the cookie banner.
  • Google (Google Analytics): website statistics. Analytics cookies are only set with your consent. Without consent, Google Consent Mode may send limited signals without cookies.
  • Google (Google Workspace): business email for hello@killerkebab.com.

Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. If you give marketing consent, the Meta Pixel sends data about your visit to Meta. For this collection and transmission, Killer Kebab and Meta may be joint controllers. Meta's own use of the data is described in Meta's privacy policy.

We may also share data with public authorities or professional advisers where the law requires it.

5. Transfers outside the EU/EEA

Some providers, including Webflow, Google and Meta, may process data in the United States. Webflow, Inc., Google LLC and Meta Platforms, Inc. are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission recognises as providing adequate protection. Where a transfer is not covered by the framework, it is based on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

6. How long we keep your data

  • Catering enquiries that do not lead to a booking: 12 months after our last contact, then deleted.
  • Enquiries that lead to a booking: we keep the details needed for the booking for as long as necessary to carry it out, and longer only where required for accounting records or other legal obligations.
  • Booking and invoicing records: 5 years from the end of the financial year they relate to, as required by the Danish Bookkeeping Act.
  • Cookie data: for the periods listed under "Details" in our cookie banner.

7. Cookies, analytics and Meta tracking

When you first visit the website, our cookie banner (Cookiebot) asks for your consent. Cookies are grouped as necessary, preferences, statistics and marketing. Only necessary cookies are set without consent.

Statistics: Google Analytics helps us understand how the website is used.

Marketing: the Meta Pixel only loads after you accept marketing cookies. It records page views and, when you successfully submit a Killer Katering enquiry, a "Lead" event. We use this to measure and improve our advertising on Facebook and Instagram and to reach relevant audiences. The Lead event does not include what you wrote in the form.

If you decline marketing cookies, the catering form still works normally and no Meta tracking takes place.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the "Change cookie settings" link on this page.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you
  • have incorrect data corrected
  • have your data erased
  • restrict our processing
  • object to processing based on our legitimate interest, and to direct marketing at any time
  • receive your data in a portable format
  • withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing before the withdrawal
